At least one author per paper must register at a non-student rate by August 22, 2017. Government employees who require additional time to register due to internal delays may send an email to registration@2017.ieeeglobalsip.org to inform the conference of this possible delay.
Each attendee must register separately. There will be a $50 fee assessed for chargebacks issued on valid credit card charges. Registration payments must be received by the registration deadline for the rate at which you registered; if payment is not received by the deadline, you will be responsible for the higher rate. IEEE Federal Tax ID Number is 13-1656633. Refund policy: Processing fee $50 on or before October 1, 2017. No refunds after October 1, 2017.
